Rentowa

Handle handover and return right at the site, photos, signature and every booking detail from your Rentowa account.

Rentowa is the field companion to the Rentowa rental management system. It is built for companies that hire out construction machinery and equipment, and it covers the part of the job that does not happen at a desk: handover and return.

What it does • Today - every delivery, collection, return and customer pickup due today, in time order. • Bookings - list and detail view with line items, prices, customer and delivery address. Search and filter by status. • Handover - record condition, take photos, capture the customer's signature on the device. The booking goes active. • Return - record condition and photos again, take the signature, close the booking. Damage is noted as you go. • Scan - pull up an item by its code instead of hunting through a list. • Inventory - look up items, categories and availability. • Customers - create a new customer on site. • Invoices - create and view an invoice for a completed booking.

Every document - handover protocol, return protocol, invoice - is produced as a PDF and can be shared from the app.

Requirements

This app is not a standalone product. It requires an existing Rentowa account for your company; staff receive credentials from their management. It cannot be used without one, and there are no in-app purchases.

Data The app talks directly to your company's own server. No usage data is shared with third parties, no advertising or analytics SDK is embedded, and there is no cross-app tracking.
