WHAT YOU LOG • Doses - one tap, or a few words like "took my dose at 8:10." Log now, or backfill any earlier day. • Daily check-ins - note focus, mood, appetite and sleep, plus side effects or a thought, in your own words. • Medications - name, dose, and form, as many as you need. • Prescriptions and planned breaks - keep the full picture of your titration.

SEE YOUR OWN DATA (Pro) The Trends tab lays out your logged doses and self-reported ratings day by day. No arrows, no judgments, no "good" or "bad" — only what you entered, so you and your prescriber can talk about it.
