It is one clear plan for one day — the thing your group chat can point to, instead of scrolling back through forty messages to work out where everyone is meeting.

HOW IT WORKS

Start the Day. Pick a date. Give it a name, or don't and let the day name itself.

Add to the Day. Put ideas on it — brunch, the beach, drinks, dinner somewhere. Add a time, a place, a note or a link whenever you know them. Only the idea itself is ever required, so you never have to plan more than you are ready to.

Share the Day. One tap makes a share card and a link, and opens Messages with your people already in it. You write the message. You press send.

Make More Days Happen. Everyone is looking at the same plan — what is happening, who is going, and what changed since the last time you looked. All they have to do is show up.

BUILT TO BE ALMOST OFFENSIVELY SIMPLE

• No account to start. Open the app and build an entire day before it asks you for anything at all. • Your phone number, only when it matters. Friends Day asks you to verify a phone number at the moment you share a day or join someone else's — never as a wall in front of the app. • Your friends do not need the app. Add anyone from your contacts and they get a link that simply works. • RSVPs, without the group chat. Going, Maybe, Can't Make It. • Plan together, or don't. Let everyone add their own ideas, or keep the plan yours. • Groups. Save the people you always do this with and start the next day in one tap. • Looking back. Every day you have made stays in Previous Friends Days — a list of the days that actually happened.

WHAT FRIENDS DAY IS NOT

There is no feed. No follower count. No discovery, no suggestions, and no way to find people you do not already know. Nothing you make is public unless you send the link yourself. Friends Day is not another social network or calendar app.

PRIVACY

Friends Day never uploads your address book. It uses Apple's own contact picker, so only the people you deliberately choose are ever sent to us. It never shows your phone number to anyone else on a day. It never sends a message on your behalf — the Messages composer opens prefilled and you send it. There are no ads and no advertising trackers.
