VibeCare keeps your blood sugar, medication, meals, weight and blood pressure in one place, and lets you look back at how they have moved. It does not diagnose or treat anything. It is built so you can answer "did I take it today?" and "how was my sugar this week?" without effort.

• The easiest way to log blood sugar Log fasting and post-meal readings in seconds, and see daily, weekly and monthly trends as graphs. Viewed next to your meals, you can look back at what was logged after which meal.

• Log by voice Say something like "blood sugar is 110", "took my morning meds" or "blood pressure 120 over 80" and it lands in the right place. Built for people who find typing tedious.

• One photo to add a medication Photograph the packet or bottle and the name and dose are read and filled in. Once added, you get a reminder at the right time. This week's adherence and your next reminder are visible at a glance.

• Meals by photo, nutrition included Take a photo of your food and the name, calories, carbs, protein and fat are filled in. Made so that people watching their carbs do not have to work out every single meal.

• Track only what you want Choose from blood sugar, medication, meals, blood pressure, weight, mood, symptoms and steps. What you do not pick disappears from both your home screen and your insights.

• An AI supporter that reads your logs An AI supporter you can talk to, grounded in your own records. Choose between voices — someone who has managed a chronic condition for years, a clinical dietitian, and others. It does not diagnose or prescribe, and points you to a professional when a judgement call is needed.

• Smartwatch Log straight from Apple Watch or Galaxy Watch. Speak to your wrist or tap once, and it arrives on your phone.

• National health records (Korea) After identity verification you can pull in your national health checkup results and prescription history. Prescriptions you pull in can be added to your medication list.

• Your data Your health records are stored on this device. Deleting the app may delete them, so please keep that in mind. When a photo or voice clip is analyzed by AI we ask for consent each time, and you can withdraw consent in Settings.
