Features

• Station map: see nearby stations and how many bikes are available at a glance
• Bike details: check the model, colour, size and pricing plan before you rent
• QR scan: start the rental by scanning the code on the bike
• Rental certificate: check your riding time and current fee at any time, and show it at the counter
• Recommended spots: sightseeing, food, hotels and charging spots sorted by distance
• Return and automatic settlement: return the bike at a station and the fee for your actual riding time is settled automatically

Four languages Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese and Korean. The app follows your device language and can also be changed in the app, so visitors to Japan can use it with confidence.

Pricing Each bike has its own pricing plan, always shown before you start. Some plans include a daily cap. A deposit is authorized on your card when the rental begins, and only the actual usage fee is charged when you return the bike.

Payment Credit cards are supported. Card details are entered only on the secure page of our payment processor and are never stored in the app or on our servers.
