SkillTrack is a private, on-device logbook for nursing clinical practice. Record the skills you perform, track your attendance, and watch your confidence grow - term by term - with no account, no server, and nothing ever leaving your device.

Your record is yours. SkillTrack has no login and no cloud; everything stays on your phone. And there's deliberately no field for patient-identifying information - no names, initials, room or bed numbers, dates of birth, or record numbers.

Choose your role the first time you open the app:

FOR STUDENTS • Log each clinical skill with its competency level, a self-rated confidence (low / medium / high), and an optional note. • Mark your attendance for every clinical day. • See "Skills practised this term" at a glance, with a colour-coded confidence breakdown for each skill. • Tap any skill for its full history and trajectory across the term. • Export a clean PDF or CSV report to share whenever you need it.

FOR INSTRUCTORS & PRECEPTORS • Keep a roster for each term. • Take daily attendance in seconds - present, late, or absent - with colour-coded status. • Fast-log the skills each student performs, with competency levels. • Open any student's dashboard for their attendance and skill progression. • Export term reports for your records.
