AUTOMATIC EXPENSE CAPTURE (PLUS)

You set up an automation in Apple's Shortcuts app: when a message from your bank arrives, it passes the text to EXPENDR. EXPENDR reads the amount and the merchant and puts it in a review inbox — you a pprove each one before it becomes an expense. Nothing is ever added without you.

You choose which bank to forward. EXPENDR cannot read your messages itself and has no access to your inbox — the Shortcut only sends what you tell it to send.

PRIVACY

Bank message text is processed on your device and is never uploaded. Your expenses sync only within your own household. We do not sell your data.
