It consolidates commonly used materials estimation, pigment ratio calculations, mold preparation, curing scheduling, and cost accounting in a single app, helping creators quickly complete data planning before formal material mixing to reduce material waste and calculation errors while maintaining clear work records for each production session. The main functions include: Material Quantity Calculation: Based on mold dimensions, shape, material density, shrinkage rate, and reserved loss, estimate the total required material and automatically split it into A/B components. Colorant Formulation Planning: Generate an initial colorant formulation for testing based on target color values, base material weight, transparency, warm/cool tones, and light/dark parameters. Cost calculation: Based on comprehensive factors including materials, pigments, molds, consumables, labor, production volume, and target profit margin, calculate batch cost, unit cost, and recommended quotation. Molding Material Preparation Plan: Estimate the quantities of alginate powder, water, and plaster bandages required for facial, head, or hand molding. Curing Time Scheduling: Convert operation time, demolding time, and full curing time into specific production milestones, with support for setting local reminders. Professional Formula Library: Provides commonly used formulas and production instructions for volume, density, mixing ratios, shrinkage compensation, and gross profit quotations. Workbench Notebook: Saves batch tickets generated from each calculation, with support for searching, categorizing, copying, sharing, and deleting. R1: "Foam" must be translated as foam. The app features a clear and bright workbench interface, making key results, material ratios, and time nodes instantly visible. It is suitable for preliminary planning of silicone implants, foam latex, polyurethane materials, life casting, character skin tone testing, and small-batch special effects makeup products.
