ShotKeep uses on-device OCR to make screenshot text searchable. Enter one or more words and quickly narrow your library to matching captures. Open a result to view the original screenshot together with its recognized text. When you need the words somewhere else, copy the recognized text directly instead of typing it again.

Your screenshots can contain personal details, so privacy is part of the experience. Text recognition and organization happen on your iPhone using Apple's on-device technology. ShotKeep does not upload your screenshot library to its own servers, and you do not need to create an account.

The local text index, favorites, and personal collection information stay on your device. Your original screenshots remain in your Photos library. ShotKeep only requests access through Apple's Photos permission system, and you can change that access at any time in iOS Settings.
