Manage beneficiaries, visits and drives for the Occitalien association from the field, with the whole volunteer team.

Occitalien is the app of the Occitalien humanitarian association, in Montauban, France. Food and material aid, collection drives, convoys and support for families since 2021.

WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT, FOR EVERYONE

• Discover the association and the work it does on the ground. • Donate, on the association's own HelloAsso fundraising page — it charges no fees. • Apply to volunteer, or become a member. • Find the address, the opening hours and how to get in touch.

FOR THE ASSOCIATION'S VOLUNTEERS

A space reserved for people invited by the association, to run its day-to-day work from the field:

• Beneficiaries — find someone the association helps, view and create their record, manage the household, log a visit and the aid handed out. • Drives — see upcoming collections and events, sign up, and track attendance. • Till — record a sale, a donation or a membership, and review the day's history. • Messaging — a real-time chat between volunteers.

Some functions depend on the role the association grants to each account. Volunteer accounts cannot be created from the app: the association invites its volunteers.

The app contains no advertising and no in-app purchases. Data is hosted in the European Union and covered by a confidentiality clause accepted on first sign-in.
