MosaicPulse turns a crowd of iPhones into one coordinated light and colour display. A host creates a live room, chooses a scene and schedules it for every joined device against a shared clock, so nobody starts on the signal — everyone starts at the same instant. Participants simply join the room and place their phone where it can become part of the show.

ONE SHARED CLOCK Each device measures its offset from the server clock before anything runs. When the host starts a scene, the server broadcasts a future moment rather than a "go now" message, so network delay does not scatter the result. A phone that joins or reconnects mid-show works out where the show currently is and catches up.

HOST CONTROLS Choose the event type, timing, BPM, colours, waves, running-light scenes and seat zones. Preview before you commit, pick where in a track to begin, and see how many devices are connected and ready. Optional audio and artwork are sent only after you confirm you own the content or have permission to use it.

PARTICIPANT SAFETY Physical flashlight effects are switched off by default and need an explicit choice on each device, so anyone sensitive to flashing light can take part with screen colour only. Participants can report inappropriate room content or block a host at any time.

PRIVACY AND CONTROL MosaicPulse uses your email address for sign-in and room roles. Traffic is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored only as hashes, and one account stays signed in on one device at a time. You can permanently delete your account and everything you uploaded from Settings. The app shows no advertising, uses no advertising identifier and does not track you across other apps or websites. The camera opens only when you choose to scan a ticket.

The effect is best experienced with two or more devices in the same room. An internet connection is required for sign-in and live synchronization.
