Housey is built for college roommates and anyone sharing a home. Choose a cleaning day, see what is done and keep track of who owes what.

CHOOSE YOUR CLEANING DAY Pick a day in the shared calendar or use the list view. Check off the kitchen, bathroom and other shared spaces as you clean. Everyone can see claimed, partly finished, completed and missed cleaning sessions.

SPLIT HOUSEHOLD EXPENSES Add groceries, rent or a utility bill and choose who shares the cost. Housey splits the amount equally and shows each person's share. Roommates mark a payment as sent, and the recipient confirms it arrived. The house can follow expense and payment updates together.

Add Venmo, Zelle or PayPal details so roommates know where to pay you. Cash and Other are always available when recording a payment. Housey tracks payments reported by roommates; it does not transfer money or verify bank transactions. Expenses currently use US dollars.

KEEP THE CONVERSATION AT HOME Share photos and links, reply to messages and react with emoji in your house chat. See who is online and which messages have been read. Chat messages and photos are removed after 12 months (365 days).

FIND THE HOUSE DETAILS Keep your Wi-Fi network and password, address, house rules and shared spaces together. Copy the details you need with a tap. Hosts can give trusted roommates editor access to update house information.

SEE WHAT CHANGED Follow cleaning and payment updates in the activity history. Notification badges help you catch up, while unread chat stays in the Chat tab.

ONE SUBSCRIPTION PER HOUSE The person who creates the house subscribes. Invited roommates join that house free using its invite code. Monthly and annual options are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled; manage or cancel them in your Apple account settings.
