• Watch your jar fill. Every moment becomes a bead you can drag, shake, and tilt with lifelike physics. New: gravity and elastic collision make every bead feel real. Choose from 22 colors plus a custom palette.
• Review when you have the energy. On iPhone, one gentle set of six questions helps you look again: what happened, did it really matter, why it touched you, how you responded, what else you could try, and your strategy for next time. The same questions for every bead - because what you recorded was a feeling, never a verdict.
• Build your own toolkit. Answers become your own tags: situations, reasons, strategies. Amber moments become verified milestones; purple strategies wait patiently.
