NurseKind AI transcribes it and scores it against the NCSBN Clinical Judgment Measurement Model (CJMM) and AACN Essentials, with structured feedback on clinical judgment and humanistic care.

ACCREDITATION EVIDENCE THAT BUILDS ITSELF Every recorded encounter is scored against AACN Essentials Domain 2, the person-centered care competencies most accreditors ask about, and accumulates into a report faculty can hand to a CCNE self-study. Simulation stays formative practice; the record comes from real encounters.

PRACTICE WITH AN AI VOICE PATIENT No real patient available? Practice therapeutic communication with an AI-voiced fictional patient in a realistic scenario, then get the same structured feedback. Practice is formative and never appears in the accreditation record.

BUILT FOR HIPAA AND FERPA All recordings and transcripts are encrypted in transit and at rest. Programs using the platform in active clinical settings can request a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), and NurseKind AI provides documentation for institutional security review.

HOW YOUR DATA IS USED Assessment recordings are transcribed by AssemblyAI and analyzed by Google Vertex AI. The AI voice-patient practice feature uses OpenAI's Realtime API — no real patient information is involved in practice sessions. None of these processors use your data to train their models.
