My Documents is a private and secure vault for managing your important documents on iPhone. Capture, scan, or import documents and images, organize them by category and family member, and quickly find what you need.

Your privacy comes first: documents are stored locally in the app’s protected storage. Encrypted iCloud backup is enabled automatically when iCloud Drive and Keychain are available, and runs once every 24 hours while the app is active. You can also back up now and restore manually from Settings.
