LONECODE is the native iPhone client for Hermes — the self-hosted agent stack you already run. Not a chat wrapper. Not someone else's cloud. A real SwiftUI app built for iOS 26, designed to feel at home on your phone while your agents stay on your server.

If you run hermes-webui on a home lab, VPS, or mesh network, LONECODE gives you a pocket command center: streaming chat, scheduled jobs, memory and skills, stack health, and push alerts when work finishes. Your keys, models, and data never leave infrastructure you control.

ACTIVITY Watch your stack breathe. See cron runs, completions, and system status in a live feed — so you know what your agents did while you were away. Tap through to details, filter by agent, and stay oriented without opening a laptop.

COMMAND Operate Hermes without a browser tab. The Command hub puts your stack on a grid:

• Agents — create, rename, and tune profiles • Memory — read and edit what your agents remember • Tasks — scheduled jobs with run history; pause, resume, and trigger runs • Skills — browse, search, and enable capabilities • Artifacts — images, files, and links pulled from recent sessions • Insights — usage stats across 7, 30, and 90 days

CHATS Talk to your agents the way a native app should feel. LONECODE streams replies over SSE with markdown, reasoning blocks, tool output, and link previews. Send photos, files, and links. Approve or clarify tool calls from the lock screen. Scroll back through history, pull to refresh, and pick up mid-stream if the connection blips.

Sessions show title, time, message count, and model. Filter by agent. Unread when they reply. Cron noise stays out of your chat list — scheduled work lives in Activity and Tasks where it belongs.

NATIVE LIQUID GLASS LONECODE is built in SwiftUI for iOS 26+, using Apple's Liquid Glass system — glass buttons, frosted cards, and a floating composer that feels like it shipped with the OS. Dark, light, or follow system. This is not a WebView in a frame.

NOTIFICATIONS THAT MATTER Get alerted when an agent finishes a reply or a scheduled job completes. Register your device with your Hermes server over APNs, with sensible local fallbacks when you need them. Tap a notification and land on the right place.

SHARE INTO YOUR STACK Use the Share extension from Safari, Photos, Files, or any app. Send a link, snippet, image, or document straight into LONECODE and route it to the right agent — capture ideas before they disappear.

CONNECT YOUR WAY Point LONECODE at your Hermes URL over HTTPS. Use Cloudflare Tunnel for a public endpoint, or Tailscale for a private mesh. Password auth stores your session securely in the Keychain. Pause the connection anytime without signing out. Save multiple server profiles and switch when you need to.

FAST WHEN IT COUNTS Local SwiftData cache means chats reopen instantly. Stream reconnect picks up where you left off. Failed sends can be retried. LONECODE is built for real sessions on real networks — not demo Wi‑Fi only.

REQUIREMENTS • iOS 26 or later • A running Hermes (hermes-webui) instance with HTTPS access • Your server configured for the features you want (push, crons, skills, etc.)
