TapeFox turns your iPhone or iPad into a practical AR measuring toolkit for everyday household sizing. Point the camera at a well-lit, textured surface, place two points, and see an approximate distance in metric or imperial units.

MEASURE WHAT MATTERS

• Measure length, width, height, or any point-to-point distance.
• Choose Standard for quick placement or Steady Capture for a stricter stationary workflow.
• Add 2-12 points in Multi mode to review segment lengths and an optional total.
• Mark three points on one detected surface to calculate rectangle dimensions, area, and perimeter.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

No account, ads, cloud sync, or custom backend. Measurement records and snapshots stay on your device unless you choose to share them. Apple handles payment, and an anonymous purchase identifier is used to manage Pro access.

Start measuring before seeing a paywall. Free use includes five completed Distance measurements per rolling seven days, three saved records, one annotated export per installation, one completed preview each of Multi and Rectangle Area, and unrestricted Bubble Level. Pro unlocks unlimited Distance, Multi, and Rectangle Area measurements, unlimited local history, clean annotated exports, custom labels, and all export styles.

Measurements are approximate and depend on device tracking, lighting, texture, surface detection, and point placement. TapeFox is intended for everyday household sizing. It is not a replacement for a physical tape in construction, surveying, safety-critical work, cutting, or exact-fit decisions.
