CogFall is an offline physics puzzle about gravity, brass and good timing. Drop gears down a clockwork bay so their teeth bite into the gear beside them, and spin travels from the always-turning power spindle through the whole train until every target lamp lights and the mechanism comes alive.

Every gear you hold is Small, Medium or Large, with tooth count, radius and reach all in one. Aim a column, drop, and let the gear settle onto an axle within a tooth's reach of its neighbour. Mesh cleanly and the train grows; land badly and the gear jams, wobbles away and pushes the Heat meter toward rust. Meshed gears alternate spin direction, so later bays ask you to plan parity as well as position. Twenty-four authored bays wait along the Conduit — Wind-Up Lark, Brass Orrery, Escapement Gate, Tidal Regulator, Grand Escapement and more — each scored on gears used, spare gears and time powered, with up to three stars per bay. When the campaign is not enough, Overdrive runs endless: the bay grows taller, the spindle speeds up, new target lamps keep appearing, and you play until Heat maxes out.

The Foundry collects twelve stamped brass marques for milestones like First Bite, Clean Machine, Full Train and Master Wright, and tracks lifetime gears meshed alongside your Overdrive high score. The whole game is built for one hand, set in a deep-teal machine shop lit by warm brass, with haptics, screen shake and particle bursts you can dial down in Settings. Everything runs on your device: no accounts, no sign-in, no ads, no in-app purchases and no network connection.
