Rushpora is an offline organizer for home fermentation. Track kombucha, kimchi, pickles, hot sauce, starters, and other jars in one dark bio-lab vault.

Create a batch with recipe, ingredients, volume, start date, storage temperature, and expected duration. Move through a Stage Tower—Preparation, Launch, Active Ferment, Taste Check, optional Maturing, and Completed—with timers, activity gauges, and manual advance, back, or skip controls.

Log temperature, pH, smell, taste, appearance, bubbles, color changes, notes, and photos. Edit or delete journal entries anytime. Local reminders help you burp, stir, check the jar, measure pH, taste, or move a batch to the fridge.

Rate finished batches, save recipes to a library, compare results, and review Pulse stats for average duration, successful jars, top recipes, and daily activity. Export or import your full local JSON backup. Rushpora is a personal journal—it does not determine food safety.
