Navik HR is the employee and manager mobile experience for organizations using the WFM platform.

Employees can punch in and punch out, view attendance and timesheets, submit workforce requests, track approval status, check leave balances and holidays, and receive important notifications. Managers can review team information and act on approval requests from the same app.
