Existing data is never deleted after a refund or revocation. Existing time anchors remain saved but pause automatically until Pro access is restored.

Privacy: Health data is used only on your device to create timeline entries. Standard iCloud backups do not contain HealthKit sleep records or related timing metadata. A complete export may contain sleep information only after you explicitly confirm the health-data warning.
