RepRock is not about quitting your favorite apps. It changes the order: movement first, scrolling second.

HealthKit is used, with your permission, to read step count for walking activity. Camera analysis happens on your device; RepRock does not record or upload camera footage. Screen Time, Health, Motion & Fitness, and camera features require the related Apple permissions.
