First10 To-Do is a to-do list with a hard limit: ten open tasks, never more.

Most to-do apps let your list grow forever — and the longer it gets, the less it means. First10 flips that. You get ten slots. When they're full, the only way to add something new is to finish (or let go of) something old. Your list stops being a guilt pile and becomes a plan.

WHY TEN? Ten is enough for everything that matters today and this week — and few enough that every item stays visible, current, and real.

HOW IT WORKS • Add a task with an optional note — until your ten slots are full • Complete a task to free its slot (satisfying, every time) • Changed your mind? Reopen a finished task — if a slot is free • Delete what no longer matters, or clear everything you've completed • A progress ring always shows how many slots you're using • Tap the speaker to hear your day: today's targets, what's due, slots free • Search everything — including what you finished weeks ago • Give a task a context like Home or Work and filter; your ten stay your ten • Drag to reorder your ten — or "Move to top" from a long-press • Your tasks show up in Spotlight search; tap one to jump straight to it • Export everything as a plain JSON file from Settings, any time

LATER, WITHOUT THE GUILT • Capture an idea to Later without spending one of your ten • Promote it when a slot frees up — Later never nags, never counts

REPEATS AND REMINDERS • Daily, weekdays, weekly, every two weeks, or monthly — they come back when they should • An optional due time with a gentle reminder — no red badges, no shame
