HOW IT WORKS Prop up your phone with the front camera facing you and start. The app tracks your shoulders and elbows, recognizes the way down and back up, and counts the rep. You see the counter, the current phase, and a warning when you're not fully in frame.

DAILY CHALLENGES A new challenge every day — beat your record, split the day into three workouts, or top yesterday's total.

BADGES 14 badges for your first workout, a 30-day streak, 5000 reps total, fast pace and long-term consistency. Each one shows how far along you are.

LEADERBOARD Compare yourself with others in daily, weekly and all-time rankings — separately for each challenge type.

FRIENDS AND DUELS Add friends with a short code and challenge them. Either you both play whenever it suits you, or you go head-to-head live and watch who's ahead in real time.

STATS AND PROGRESS Charts by day and week, personal records for every mode, lifetime totals and a full workout history.

PRIVACY Camera footage never leaves your phone. Detection runs entirely on your device — we don't capture, store or upload any video or photos. Only the rep count is sent to our servers.

Push Up Buddy works offline too. You only need an account for the leaderboard, friends and duels.

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device Settings.
