ForMyGluco is a clean, quiet diabetes logbook that brings your glucose readings, insulin and medications, doctor appointments, blood pressure, weight and water intake together in one place. No cluttered screens, no guilt-tripping charts — just gentle summaries that help you see where you stand.

ForMyGluco does not measure your blood sugar itself. You take the reading with your own device — a glucometer or sensor — and the app turns the values you enter into an estimated HbA1c, your time in range and longer-term trends.

When that ends, your records stay yours: you can still view, edit and export them to PDF or Excel, free of charge.
