IT TELLS YOU WHEN TO START

Most apps tell you when something is due. That's the least useful part. A task due at 5pm that takes two hours needs you at 3pm, and DayPilot says so. An event across town tells you when to leave, counting the drive and the time you take to get out the door.

IT USES THE APPS YOU ALREADY HAVE

DayPilot reads your Apple Calendar and Reminders. Nothing to migrate, nothing to re-enter, no new list to maintain. Keep adding things wherever you already add them. DayPilot decides what to put in front of you.

NOTHING ACCUMULATES

No streaks. No badges. No score. Push something to tomorrow and it never mentions it again. Finish the day and it tells you to go be a person. There is nothing here to fall behind on.
