Rewind Riddle turns reverse audio into a playful listening game for one player, two friends, or a whole group. Hear words and phrases backwards, imitate the strange sound, reverse your own voice, and work out the answer. You can also record a clean phrase and instantly create your own backwards-audio riddle.

PLAY SOLO RIDDLE

Choose a game language and one of three difficulties, then take on a five-round run. Easy Peasy uses short everyday words, Brain Twist brings longer and trickier words, and Total Chaos challenges you with natural two- or three-word phrases.

Every round is a voice puzzle: • Listen to a voiced clue played backwards. • Copy what you heard by recording your own version. • Let the app reverse your recording and hear how it sounds forwards. • Replay your reversed attempt as often as you need. • Type one answer, reveal the correct word or phrase, and earn a point when you are right.

Finish all five rounds to see your score, review every submitted and correct answer, and share your result with reward artwork. The language used for Solo clues is separate from the app interface language, so you can practise with another supported language whenever you want. Five unique clues are prepared before play, with bundled offline clues available when the network is unavailable.

CREATE YOUR OWN REVERSE

Make a short recording and Rewind Riddle creates a backwards version for you. Play it backwards or check the original while a real waveform shows progress. You can also import a supported audio file and reverse it in the same flow.

PLAY WITH FRIENDS

Choose Challenge when two people are together. One player records a secret phrase. The next player hears only the backwards version, then records what they think it says. Compare the attempt with the secret, award a point when it is close, and start the next round. Rewind Riddle remembers player names, rotates roles, and keeps a local score.

Party Mode supports two to eight players. Use a random prompt to begin immediately, or enter your own phrase for a theme, group joke, or particular challenge. Pass the phone around and let the clear sequence guide every turn.

YOUR VOICE, YOUR LIBRARY

Finished Reverse recordings stay in a private on-device library until you delete them. Replay original or backwards audio, rename a take, mark a favorite, remove recordings, or share a reversed result with the standard iOS share sheet. Temporary Solo attempts are removed after the game and never enter History.

ACCESS AND PRIVACY

Rewind Riddle includes 10 recording sessions across its game and recording experiences. Replaying existing audio does not consume another session. An optional annual Rewind Riddle Plus subscription unlocks unlimited new sessions. Existing History recordings remain available to replay and manage after the included allowance is used.

There is no account and no public social feed. Microphone access is used only when you record. Your voice recordings, typed Solo answers, player names, scores, and preferences stay on your device and are not uploaded to the developer. Solo clue audio is downloaded from the app's content service and cached for reliable play.
