The app helps registered Cohabit8 applicants complete their check-in journey and gives residents easy access to key property services from one place. Whether you are preparing to move in, raising a maintenance request, checking the status of an existing ticket, or accessing urgent support guidance, Cohabit8 Play keeps the important steps close at hand. Applicants can view their welcome letter, watch the welcome video, review terms, and book an available check-in slot directly from the app. Once a booking is made, users can also add the check-in appointment to their device calendar for reminders. Residents can view property information, create maintenance tickets, attach photos, videos, and documents, and track ticket progress as updates are made. The app also includes structured emergency support flows for scenarios such as fire alarms, water leakage, security breach, gas leak, locked out, loss of electricity, loss of water, anti-social behaviour, and wellbeing support. These flows guide residents through the right information and actions based on the situation. Cohabit8 Play also supports push notifications, helping residents stay informed about tenancy updates, property announcements, maintenance progress, check-in updates, and other important messages.
