You sold the show on FIRSTPRESS. This is how you get people into the room. Your door crew signs in, picks tonight's show, and scans. That is the whole job.

SCAN AND ADMIT

Point the phone at the ticket. Green means in — with the guest's name, tier and order number on screen the moment it beeps.

REFUSE, WITH A REASON

Already scanned, refunded, voided, or a ticket for a different night. Each one gets its own answer on screen, so the person on the door knows what to say instead of guessing. Override is there for the times you make the call yourself.

WATCH THE ROOM FILL

Checked in, still to come, tickets issued, and arrivals per minute — broken down by tier. You know whether to hold the doors before anyone tells you.

THE WHOLE GUEST LIST

Search by name, email or order number. Check someone in by hand when their code will not scan. Undo a mistake without leaving the screen.

IT KEEPS WORKING WITH NO SIGNAL

Venue Wi-Fi is the thing that fails first. The guest list is cached before doors, scans keep working without a bar of signal, and everything reconciles the moment the phone reconnects. It will not let the same ticket through twice.

YOUR STAFF, NOT YOUR LOGIN

Invite whoever is working the night by email. They get their own access to that show and nothing else, and you can take it back afterwards. Revenue stays hidden from door staff — takings are visible to the artist and organizer only.
