PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your health and step data never leave your iPhone — no accounts, no health data on any server, ever. Health access is read-only, and location is used only to keep your walk tracking alive in the background. Stride sends anonymous, on-by-default usage analytics (app opens, feature usage) to help us understand what people actually use — no health, step, or location data included, and you can turn it off anytime in Settings.
