soft peal is a collection of little physics machines you can listen to. pendulums swing, rain falls, planets orbit, springs bob, arcs slide, and cradles pass their swing down the line. every strike plays a note.

each machine drifts apart into patterns, then lines back up, once per cycle. you can watch the whole journey or just leave it on and listen.
