RAIL is a calm strategy arcade game built on one rule: you never control the trains, you control the world.

Swipe any row or column and the whole lane slides one step, tracks, trains and all. The board wraps around, so nothing ever leaves. Trains keep rolling while the landscape shifts beneath them. Guide every pastel train to the station of its own color.

A broken connection does not end the game right away. The train pauses, glows amber, and gives you one breath to rescue it with a clever shift. Land five deliveries in a row and you enter Flow, where every arrival counts double.
