• Build a set: distance x reps x send-off cycle (e.g. 25yd x 5 @ 1:30)
• Tap start, get 5 seconds on the wall, then push off on the buzz
• A heads-up buzz 5 seconds out, then a start buzz - hold your cycle without looking at your wrist
• Countdown ring, rep dots, heart rate, split and total time at a glance
• Live heart rate on screen while you swim

WORKS ALONGSIDE THE WORKOUT APP SwimPaceTimer is a send-off timer, not a tracker. It never takes over a workout you are already recording. Start a pool swim in the built-in Workout app if you want it saved to Health — that also turns on Water Lock for you — then let SwimPaceTimer handle the send-offs.

BUILT FOR THE WATER Screens are hard to read and harder to tap when you're wet. Set everything on the wall before you push off, then swim - your wrist tells you when to go.
