Myself: A Chat-Style Journal

Myself is a private, chat-style journal for capturing thoughts without worrying about formatting.

Create roles for different parts of your life—ideas, feelings, to-dos, good moments, or anything you choose. Every role is yours to rename, restyle, hide, or delete.

When you want a response, create an AI role and choose its personality and way of speaking. AI roles use a limited selection of your recent records and memories stored in the app to respond with context. AI conversation is optional.

Your records stay on your device by default. If you enable iCloud Sync, they are stored in your private iCloud database and sync across your Apple devices.
