■ Statistics at a glance Daily, weekly, and monthly intake trends, a nutrition-balance radar chart against your goals, an achievement calendar, meal-pattern insights (skipped breakfasts, late dinners, weekday vs. weekend), and your top 5 most-eaten foods.

■ AI nutrition consulting AI evaluates your daily record and suggests practical improvements. The weekly report analyzes seven days of trends and tells you what to work on next week.

■ Goals tailored to you Enter your sex, age, height, and weight to get recommended daily targets based on your basal metabolic rate. Build the habit with logging reminders.

■ Privacy first Sign in quickly and securely with your Apple ID. Your records are stored separately per user, and you can delete your account and all data anytime from the app.
