RECORD IN SECONDS Tap to log a symptom — palpitations, dizziness or lightheadedness, fainting, chest discomfort, shortness of breath, exercise-related symptoms, or your own note — and it's timestamped automatically.

HANDS-FREE VOICE LOGGING Log a symptom with your own custom voice phrase — even from the lock screen — so you never have to fumble for your phone mid-symptom. Set it up in the Shortcuts app, or assign it to the Action button.

ORGANIZED BY SESSION Entries are grouped into monitoring sessions automatically. Start a new session each time you begin wearing a monitor, and review any past session at any time.

SYNCS WITH APPLE HEALTH Optionally connect to Apple Health, and every symptom you log here — including everything already in your log — appears in the Symptoms section of Health. Sync only ever adds entries you logged in this app; nothing else in Health is touched.

PRINT FOR YOUR CARDIOLOGIST Generate a clean, print-ready log — current session or any past one — to hand in alongside your monitor.

BACK UP, EXPORT, AND IMPORT Create a full backup of your log and restore it anytime. Export your entries to CSV to open in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets, and import entries back in.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your entries stay on your device and sync only through your own private iCloud account, plus Apple Health if you choose to connect it. Nothing is sent to the developer or any third party — there's no tracking and no data collection of any kind.
