WHAT SUNROOM GIVES YOU

• Medications, written down once: scan the label and review the suggested name, strength, and schedule against the original label before saving. Check off doses as you give them, see the day at a glance, and get a heads-up before a refill runs out.

• Doctors talk fast. Sunroom keeps up: record the visit and Sunroom writes it down, then turns it into a clear summary with the key points and follow-ups, saved where you can find them again.

• Everyone's care, one schedule: appointments, medications, and to-dos for the whole family in a single calendar. Care for more than one person, each in their own space and color.

• A care partner that gets it: get help with everyday caregiving, from "help me prep for Thursday's visit" to "help me organize questions for the doctor." Sunroom already knows the context you've saved and answers in plain language.

• Monthly care check-ins (Pro): a short, research-based check-in that helps you notice how care needs are changing, with a summary you can share with the doctor.

• English and Español, fully supported.

Sunroom supports families caring for someone with Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia, Lewy body dementia, frontotemporal dementia, Parkinson's disease dementia, and other common dementias.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your care records are stored on your device. When you use AI features, the needed content is sent to our AI providers for processing.

You choose whether to share optional usage analytics. If you allow it, Sunroom automatically sends basic screen visits, feature actions, and outcomes, including save failures, to PostHog. We use these events to understand which features help and where the app needs improvement. Events include the time, app version/build, and a random installation ID that connects visits over time. They exclude names, care records, medication details, photos, recordings, chat text, and search queries. No ads, session replay, or advertising tracking.

Declining does not limit any feature. You can stop new analytics events in Account > Privacy. Stopping collection does not erase earlier events; the Privacy Policy explains retention and how to request access or deletion using your analytics ID. Accepting the Terms does not opt you in.

IMPORTANT Sunroom is a caregiving notebook and reminder tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI answers are generated automatically and can make mistakes; always confirm important information with the doctor or pharmacist. Reminders depend on your phone and are not guaranteed to arrive. In an emergency, call 911 in the US, 999 in the UK, or 000 in Australia.
