START WITH YOUR DAY Today gives you a place to begin. In Mirror, choose a guided photo, written note, quick reflection, or private one-off conversation. Find your saved photos, reflections, and guidance in Library.

KEEP A JOURNAL YOUR WAY Save photos and notes privately. Use built-in or custom tracking categories to organize your photos. A private one-off conversation is discarded when you leave and is not added to future context.

OPTIONAL AI WITH PLUS Plus adds optional AI observations about visible face and skin cues, a practical next step, and follow-up conversations about your photos. AI usage limits apply.

PRIVACY YOU CONTROL Original photos stay on your device. Before you first allow AI sharing, a disclosure explains that sending or analyzing allows OpenAI to process messages, reduced photos, wellness preferences, and recent reflection goals for AI features. After capture, your photo opens in chat. Analysis starts automatically when Plus and AI sharing are enabled. Otherwise, it stays private until you choose to analyze it. You can turn off AI sharing in Settings.

Protect the app with an optional device lock. Export your history, reset AI context, or delete your data from Settings. Mirror Health has no ads. Photos and journal content are never used for advertising or analytics.

Private capture, notes, tracking categories, saved history, export, and deletion are available without Plus.

Mirror Health is for wellness reflection. It does not diagnose or treat conditions, estimate body composition, or replace professional care. AI observations can be inaccurate.

Some features require a Mirror Health Plus subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings. Restore Purchases is available in Settings.
