Balance Note is a manual net-worth ledger for people who would rather write their balances down by hand than hand over their bank credentials.

■ No linking, by design You never enter a bank ID or password — the app has no way to accept one. It does not connect to any bank API or fetch balances automatically. Account names and balances are stored only on your device, and your records are never uploaded. No account registration either.

■ One five-minute ritual a week A checklist-style "This week: 4/6" flow turns manual entry into a calm weekly ritual. Copy the balance shown in your bankbook or banking app, one account at a time. Entries on the same day overwrite each other, so records never duplicate.

■ Your net worth at a glance Net worth (assets minus liabilities) sits at the top in large type, with week-over-week, month-over-month and year-over-year change chips and a weekly trend chart. Miss a week? The chart carries your last balance forward, so your history never breaks.

■ Every account in one book Ordinary deposits, time deposits, securities, pensions (iDeCo and similar), e-money and liabilities such as loans or card balances — all organized by type. A breakdown report shows the balance of assets vs. liabilities.

■ Built to keep going A weekly reminder (pick the weekday and time) tells you when it's time to update. Export your balance history and weekly trend as CSV anytime, or erase everything instantly with "Delete all data."
