NorwellK

NorwellK is a landscape kitchen prep studio built around two tools that take the guesswork out of cooking and baking.

Getting started:

1. Open the Recipe Scaler and add each ingredient with its quantity and unit. Set the portions you have and the portions you want, then tap Scale. Each quantity is re-portioned for you with friendly fractions and neat units, so 16 tablespoons becomes 1 cup and 12 ounces becomes 3/4 pound.
2. Switch to the Pan Converter and choose your original pan and your new pan (round, square or rectangular) with their dimensions. Tap Convert to get the exact ingredient multiplier of the actual pan surface, plus a suggested cooking time and temperature for the new pan.
3. Save each result to your ledger, open it again when you cook and share the full overview in notes or messages.

Work in US or metric units, cups and ounces or grams and milliliters, with a single switch. Every calculation runs on your device, so nothing leaves your kitchen.
