Noula is a digital health platform designed to redefine the pregnancy journey by bridging professional medical expertise with a holistic, human-centered approach. Our mission is to provide a safe, curated environment where expectant mothers can access high-quality information, mental health tools, and healthy habit guides from the comfort of their homes. The target user (Buyer Persona) is a health-conscious, 35-year-old woman who values premium quality and minimalist design—similar to brands like Lululemon or Rains—and seeks a trusted "filter" of security and confidence to navigate the chaos of unverified online advice.

The solution is a mobile application for iOS, localized in Spanish, that serves as a digital extension of clinical care. The app features a comprehensive curriculum divided into nine key pillars, including medical follow-ups by trimester, clinical nutrition, and safety protocols, alongside holistic practices like meditation, yoga, bioneuroemoción, and sound healing.

The core user experience is delivered through three primary channels: high-quality video modules, downloadable PDF guides, and an interactive community chat. The entire platform has been strategically conceptualized and planned to align with the Fitbudd infrastructure.

The app integrates with Apple Health to show your daily activity—distance, steps, active energy, and fliers—to help you achieve your goals.

The app also uses Apple Health to record energy burned and heart rate during a workout, if you use an Apple Watch.

Training metrics are shared with the coach to better design your training program.
