PRCHD turns your phone into a precise remote control for the AI coding agents already running on your computer. Brief the agent, watch it work, review every change, run the tests, open the running app, and merge — without touching a terminal at a desk.

Your computer stays the source of truth: it runs the agents and owns the files, git, and processes. Your phone attaches to live sessions over your own private, encrypted network. No cloud workspace, no hosted repositories — your source code never leaves your machines.

DIRECT THE SESSION • Create isolated workspaces — each on its own git branch and worktree • Run several chats and terminals side by side in one workspace • Drive Claude Code, Codex, and Grok with one set of controls • Describe features and bugs by voice or text • Choose the model, reasoning effort, and Plan or Work mode per chat • Plan mode investigates read-only; flip to Work mode when the approach is right • Watch live reasoning, tool calls, plans, and file edits as they happen • Stop or steer the agent mid-turn

REVIEW EVERY CHANGE • Syntax-highlighted diffs, full file views, and commit history, rendered by your computer • Select any lines and hand them to the agent with a note attached • @-mention files and folders, pin context, attach images and PDFs • Markdown preview for specs and docs

VERIFY BEFORE YOU MERGE • Tap run targets — tests, lint, build — and watch the output stream • A real terminal on your computer when you need one • Start the dev server and open the actual running app on your phone

GIT AND PULL REQUESTS, THE WHOLE LOOP • Let the agent draft the commit message, edit it, and commit • Update from the base branch — conflicts are preserved, never destroyed • Browse your repository's issues and start a workspace straight from one • Draft and open pull requests from your phone • Automated PR review: an agent checks out, builds, and tests the pull request on your computer, then posts one review with inline comments

AUTOMATE THE REPEATED WORK • Save your prompts as reusable recipes and run them on demand • Schedule commands and recipes on cron — nightly test runs, weekly audits • Work is kept only when there is something to review
