Still Tuner

Still is a tuner that gets out of the way. One string across the screen. It shakes while you're off, settles as you close in, and goes perfectly still when you're in tune.

The Apple Watch app is the part I built this for. It runs entirely on the watch — microphone, pitch detection, haptics — so you can leave your phone at home, put a guitar on your knee, and tune by feel. Quick ticks while you're off: up-taps when you're flat, down-taps when you're sharp, faster as you close in. One soft tap of confirmation when you land. Then nothing. Stillness is the signal.
