Features & Capabilities

Send Mneme a link, a video, a PDF, or a half-formed thought. It reads it, files it, and shows you how it fits into everything else you've saved.

You read a hundred things a month and remember almost none of them. Not because you weren't paying attention, but because nothing was keeping the thread.

Mneme remembers it.

Send it a link, a video, a PDF, or a half-formed thought. It reads it, sets it beside everything you already think, and tells you when the two argue.

A MAP THAT DRAWS ITSELF Everything you save lands on a map, near the ideas it already belongs with. You don't file anything, tag anything, or maintain anything. Topics form on their own and drift as you change. Zoom into one and it opens as a smaller map of its own.

IT NOTICES WHEN YOU CONTRADICT YOURSELF Most apps store what you save. Mneme reads it. When something you saved this week disagrees with something you believed last month, it tells you — and shows you exactly where the two split. It also tells you when a thread is picking up speed, when different roads arrive at the same place, and when something you cared about has gone quiet.

FIVE WAYS IN Atlas: the map. Every capture, placed by meaning. Mind: what's moving. Threads, tensions, convergences, dormant ground. Archive: the plain list, for when you just want to find the thing. Pulse: a check-in on what the people you follow have been engaging with. You: the long view. Your streaks, your busiest hours, and dozens of other insights.

CAPTURE FROM ANYWHERE Share sheet, camera roll, or your own voice. Articles, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, PDFs, screenshots, book pages, quotes, and thoughts you haven't finished having yet. Most captures land in a few seconds.

Bring your history with you: import your existing links, or connect Letterboxd and Goodreads so what you watch and read shows up on its own.

IT COMES BACK TO YOU Mneme surfaces one thing a day worth thinking about again — a contradiction that formed while you weren't looking, a thread gathering pace, something you saved a month ago and forgot. No unread counts. No pile. Nothing to clear.

Mneme is free with ads and monthly capture limits. Mneme Plus ($2.99/month) removes ads and raises the limits. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be canceled anytime.

'Mneme' was one of the three original muses, before there were nine. Melete for practice, Aoide for song, and Mneme for memory. This one is for Mneme.

User Reviews

Mneme is such a good app!! There’s almost no learning curve, and the experience feels intentional rather than overloaded with features. I’ve found myself actually returning to things I saved instead of forgetting why I saved them in the first place, which is something I haven’t gotten from most productivity apps. The interface is clean and the concept is genuinely useful. Definitely excited to keep using it as I build up more content over time!!

This app is great! I’ve tried other logging platforms like Obsidian but this was the easiest to get started with. Also the spatial mapping is super cool. Can’t wait for more features!
