Jido Solitaire is a lovingly crafted single-player card game with a twist that makes it unlike any solitaire you've played before.

THE CHALLENGE In standard solitaire, you can mix suits freely. In Jido Solitaire, every single move must match suit AND rank — making every decision count. Place a 7 of spades, and it can only land on the 8 of spades. There's nowhere to hide.

HOW TO PLAY Eight columns are dealt across the table in a staggered triangle pattern. Your goal: sort all 52 cards into four complete suit columns, each running King down to Ace, with the remaining four columns left empty.

• Drag any face-up card (and the stack below it) to a valid column
• Only Kings may move into empty columns
• Face-down cards flip automatically when uncovered
• Use the Hint button when you're stuck
• Undo as many times as you need — no penalty
• Replay the exact same deal if you want a second chance
