HOW IT WORKS

• Browse student helpers and their listings, or post a request for what you need.
• Agree on the details over in-app chat.
• Pay securely through the app when you book — your payment is held until the job is done.
• After the service, read the helper your 4-digit completion code to release their payment.
• Leave a rating and review to help the community.

SAFE AND SIMPLE PAYMENTS Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Because HiveU is for real-world, in-person services, you pay through the app and the helper is paid after the job is completed and confirmed.
