Johnson Powers Field App is the internal field-service tool for Johnson Powers Energy technicians and dispatchers. It is not a consumer app — it's how our own team manages daily solar service and inspection work in the field. With the app, technicians can:

• See their assigned stops for the day, with schedule times, priority, and job status
• Get directions, call, or text the customer directly from a job
• Log field notes, attach photos, and update job status as work progresses
• Complete full Solar Inspection Reports on site, including system details, energy production, and a safety/installation checklist
• Capture a customer signature to close out a completed job
• Work offline — notes, photos, and status changes are saved on the device and sync automatically once back online Dispatchers can also act as any technician to view or manage their stops, and jobs can be shared with a secondary technician for extra hands on-site without changing who's the lead on the dispatch board. The app connects to Johnson Powers Energy's own systems and is intended for use only by our employees and contractors.
