Engage7 helps you explore patterns in your own wearable data. Optionally connect Apple Health for read-only HealthKit sync, or import an Apple Health export ZIP, to generate clear views of sleep, recovery, activity and heart-rate trends. Engage7 never writes data back to Apple Health. Review your daily overview, compare changes over time, explore Data Lab quality details and revisit previous reports. Engage7 uses your personal baseline and explains where each result comes from. Missing data remains visible instead of being estimated. Raw HealthKit staging is normally removed after about 24 hours; incomplete imports may be retained for resumability, with a hard ceiling of about 30 days plus cleanup scheduling delay. Your account includes controls for session management and permanent account and data deletion. Engage7 is designed for personal understanding and data exploration. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional.
