Palettes is a marketplace platform that connects customers with independent services providers across multiple service categories. Users can browse available providers, book services, make secure payments, communicate with providers, and manager their bookings within the app.

Core functionality includes the following : users registration and secure authentication, browser and search for service providers, view provider profiles, ratings, pricing, and availability, book services directly through the app, secure in app payments processed through paystack, real time booking updated and notification, in app messaging between customers and service providers, booking history and transaction records and user profile and account management.

Payments are securely processed through paystack. Customers funds are held until the service has been completed, after which eligible payouts are made to the service provider according to our platform policies. No payments are processed outside the application.
