Monopolist is an economic board game for a group, right on your iPhone. Play around one table by connecting devices directly over Wi-Fi and the local network, or practice against bots — no internet or sign-up required.

Roll the dice, buy streets, railroads, and utilities, build houses and hotels, collect color-set monopolies, and charge your rivals rent until they go bankrupt.

The game includes:

• local-network games between nearby devices — the host creates a table, everyone else joins in a couple of taps;
• bots for solo play and to round out the group — you can add them to any game;
• a team vs team mode: allies don't pay each other rent and build up monopolies together;
• live deals between players — trading streets and money, mortgaging and buying back;
• Chance and Chest cards with unexpected effects, plus global board events;
• different roles with special abilities and weaknesses that shape your tactics;
• game settings: rising prices in drawn-out games, open or hidden balances, number of players and bots;
• emoji reactions right in the middle of a turn;
• personal progress: ranks, experience, and match statistics, all stored on your device.
